In compliance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Laws, Perfetti Van Melle Benelux, B.V. (hereinafter “PVM”) informs you that the personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) provided to PVM will be collected and processed under the control of PVM in compliance with the following:

a. Purposes and lawfullness of processing
The processing of the Personal Data is necessary for handling of relation between you and PVM. To manage properly this relation PVM will process the Personal Data that may also include Special Categories of Personal Data, such as, data concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, trade union membership, religious belief.
The processing of the Personal Data can take place electronically and manually, based on logical criteria compatible and functional with the purposes for which the Personal Data are collected, and always in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws.  

b. Scope of communication and dissemination of Data.
The Personal Data will be processed only by personnel authorised by PVM, or by third-party companies (including any other company of the PVM Group), institutions or professionals who, as Data Processor, perform specific processing services or activities complementary to the purposes referred above. The Personal Data will not be disseminated in any way.  

c. Transfer of Personal Data to a third country
It can also be necessary for the handling of our relationship that some of the Personal Data are transferred to third countries where other Perfetti Van Melle Group companies or PVM partners are located.

d. Retention period
The Personal Data will be kept as long as the relationship is in force. After that, the Personal Data will be only kept das long as it is necessary to comply with any legal regulation that may impose to PVM the obligation to keep the Personal Data for a longer period of time.  

e. Data subject rights
PVM informs that you have right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal data, or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to withdraw the consent given by addressing to PVM a written communication to Perfetti Van Melle Benelux B.V., P.O. Box 3000, 4800 DA Breda, The Netherlands or by sending an email to pvmdpo@it.pvmgrp.com to the attention of the Data Protection Officer.  

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
